There are 16 sports will be held in 2019 Para pan Am games . In this tournament Cycling events will be split into road and track disciplines. Seven of the sports in the Para pan Am Games 2019 as qualifying events for 2020 Summer Paralympics. Below the list of all sports and Athletes info for the Para pan Am Games 2019.

Para Pan Am games 2019 Closing ceremony will be held on September 1 2019.
- Athletics – August 24 – 28, 2019
Athletics has been part of the Parapan Am games since first edition in Mexico city in 1999. It has been part of Paralympics games since Rome 1960. The largest sport of Parapan Am games is comprised of track, jumping, throwing and combined events.
- Badminton – August 29 – Sep. -1
Para badminton has been played internationally since 1990.
- Boccia – August 29 – Sep. -1
Boccia is a game of skill, accuracy and strategy and was original designed to be played by people includes in athletes with disabilities that affect motor skills.
- Cycling : Road – August 29 & Sep. 1 Track – August 26 & 27
Athletes compete across four type of bicycles . In this tournament only two competitions Road and Track.
- Football 5 a-side – August 24 – 26 and August 28 – 30
Brazil winning the first competition as well as two that followed.
- Football 7 a- side – August 24 – 26 and August 28-29 and August 31
It was first included in the Paralympics Games in 1984 and in the Parapan American Games in 2007.
- Goalball – August 25 – 31
Goalball is played exclusively by athletes with vision impairments using a ball with bells inside.
- Judo – August 24 – 25
Judo developed from the martial art of jujitsu and was established as a sport in Japan in 1882.
- Power lifting – August 29 – 31
Powerlifting is the ultimate test of upper body strength and can sometimes see athletes lift more than three times their own body weight.
- shooting – August 24 – 27
Together with badminton and takewondo , shooting Para sports will be one of three sports making its Parapan American debut at Lima 2019.
- Sitting Volleyball – August 23 – 28
The sport of volleyball first developed in 1895 by USA’s William Morgan. Sitting Volleyball was first include at the Parapan games in 2007 with just a men’s event. Women’s were incorporated for Toronto 2015.
Points are awarded to the team that wins the rally. Matches are the best of five sets.
