Artistic Swimming 2019 Pan American Games will be held between July 29th to 31st at the Aquatics Center in the Villa Deportiva Nacional Videna Cluster. The sports was renamed from synchronized swimming to Artistic Swimming in 2017. This is the first edition of Artistic Swimming at the Pan American games to have new title.

A total of 80 artistic swimmers will qualify to compete at the games. Canada and the U.S as being the only members located in zone 4 and zone 3 respectively, automatically qualify a full team . So a total of eight teams and twelve duets will Qualify.
